The organisation provides career opportunities in professional firms to talented students. They were using disparate systems and spread sheets to manage their candidate recruitment, application process, and candidate evaluation.

Use a single application that would be simple for candidates to use, employees to update, and management to monitor key performance indicators. 

Our Solution

We created a fully automated application form completely customised to the organisations specifications. All elements of the form were updatable and customisable by admin users.

For both candidates and employees we developed a custom Jobs portal that would allow the organisation to post jobs and roles from all their partner firms.

We also created a custom candidate evaluation system that was linked to both the application form and the jobs portal. It allowed internal employees to view application forms, resumes/ CVs, and to evaluate candidates using a points based scoring system.

Finally, we also created an android recruitment app that would capture candidate details at road shows and during university visits. These details would automatically be uploaded to the organisations websites.
